Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange. 

The items you are returning will be refunded on the condition that it is received by us in perfect, saleable condition, all original labels and tags are attached, and it shows no signs of having been worn or washed.

You must send it back within 15 days since your parcel arrived to your delivery address and we would appreciate if you tell us your intention to send them back to us as soon as you can.

Return instructions will be sent to you with your order.

Bespoke Orders

Any of our very special bespoke and handmade dresses are not refundable or exchangeable. These items are specially handmade for your child, a confirmation email with all the details will be sent to you. 

Please note, these items are unique pieces handmade with vintage material like laces and fabrics, so each of them is unique and you may find some little variations on it that won't affect the overall design, style and look shown on the picture.

Our bespoke dresses take approximately 3-4 weeks from purchase to get to you. Please contact us if you need extra special, extra speedy delivery, we will do our best to help you!
